Garlo’s Pies is an Australian owned and operated family business which opened its first pie shop in Maroubra, Sydney in 2001. The name “Garlo” comes from the nickname of father and sons, Terry, Sean and Nathan Garlick. Terry a retired mechanic / wharfie, Sean an ex footballer with the Rabbitohs and Roosters and Nathan a master Pastry Chef and lifetime pie lover.
It’s widely known that Australian Beef has the best reputation for the highest quality anywhere in the world. Garlo’s has been a proud exporter of Australian Beef Pies and Sausage Rolls to overseas nations since 2013.
Garlo’s Pies have rapidly expanded their presence across the country since 2001. After opening retail stores across Sydney metro during the early to mid-2000’s, Garlo’s now find their home in supermarkets including Coles, Woolworths and IGA’s in multiple states.
